Assigning an action to a client. Junxure has a special feature that will allow you to assign an action to a client.  You need to do a few things to make this happen. 1  Check that the <Client> record exists. You will need a special record in your users table.  This record, once added will not be visible from the normal Junxure interface, but if necessary, you can view it from a custom query. First to see if you already have this special user, open an action and see if you can see <Client> in the dropdown list for assigning an action.

When viewing your pending actions, you can choose between "My " and "My Clients".  My means any action that is assigned to you that has not been completed.  My Clients means any action that is uncompleted for which you are the Primary Rep, Secondary Rep, or CSR of the client.  This can be setup for each client on the Profile tab as shown below.

If you are missing Action Keywords from the drop down list on the Action form, or have a limited number of Action Keywords, this may be due to the Process Name setup in List Data Maintenance.  Process names can have certain Action Keywords associated with them.  This means when you select a Process Name (Account Administration selected above) the Action Keywords available in the drop down list will be those associated in List Data Maintenance. If you go to List Data Maintenance > Process Names, you will see this form:

The Process dropdown list gets its data from two locations.   The first is from List Data Maintenance > Process Names The second is the unique list of Process names that are attached to actions for that client, but are not in the list from List Data Maintenance.Note that this is by client.  So, if client 123 has an action with a Process of "My Custom Process", then "My Custom Process" will show in the dropdown list along with the others from List Data Maintenance.
Another Employee's Actions Are In My Pending List

The first thing we must do is verify that the actions in question actually do belong to another employee.  We can confirm this by checking the "Assigned To" field in the pending action grid as shown below.  Here we can see that there are two different employees under the "Assigned To" field on my pending action grid. The only reason this would happen is if I was viewing my pending actions by My Clients.
