Problem:  Junxure crashes with a error message that states kaseyasp.dll has caused an error.   Resolution:  Install Dotnet 2.0 SP 1 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0C1B0A88-59E2-4EBA-A70E-4CD851C5FCC4&displaylang=en That dll (kaseyasp.dll) is for a remote software and it leaves a socket connection open, and that crashes the dotnet framework if you tryto open a single instance Pro

 Symptom: the Global Email Wizard is unable to merge data with certain merge fields – JoinedNickname in particular.  The field will not merge and the merge field is being shown as misspelled.To test this issue, create a test email and verify that merge fields with two words are not merging (HomeStreet, JoinedNickname, etc) while those that are composed of only one (Age, CLSP, Dear, etc) are merging correctly.This happened to a client who had recently switched to Office 2007 and Office 2010.There are two ways to correct this issue; both are found under Tools -> Spelling Tab..in itself (NOT the email message).  Click

Outlook 2003 using Word as editor replaces text

 When using Word as your email editor it maybe replacing text e.g. an apostrophe with a non ascii code that displays as a box .To avoid this open a new email and select Tools -> AutoCorrect Options and turn off Replace text as you typeand Replace straight quotes with smart quotes then click ok.

  Symptom: When sending emails through Junxure (Single or Global), the client has quotes (Single ' or Double " ) in the body of the email  and it appears to send just fine. Previewing the merge looks fine and the item that is sent to the Outbox, and Sent items folder appears fine as well.The issue only shows on the recipient end and the Quotes will be transformed into strange formatting marks
