Junxure 7 Enhancements and Upgrades

Junxure 7 is now available! Please visit this link to view a short video showing some of the “look and feel” and several new features.

This has been a major undertaking with significant benefits, including:

** Email: significant enhancements to the way email is handled including seamless integration between Microsoft Outlook and Junxure, ability to create email templates, mail merge into emails, multiple emails attached to one action in Junxure, and much more

** Security: many areas of the program can be removed from a user’s view completely, and some areas can be made available for viewing only without editing privileges

** Modern new interface: including a client Dashboard that summarizes key client information; in addition an unlimited number of custom "views" can be created for many areas of the program, and these views can be shared firm-wide

** New Action Templates: you can create an unlimited number of "Action Templates" that will greatly streamline the adding of actions, reduce training time for new employees, and improve consistency in your data

** Triggered Action Sequences: we added the ability to create "dependencies" in action sequences -- actions that won’t get assigned until another action that needs to be completed first is marked off as complete

** QuickBooks interface: ability to import revenue information from QuickBooks, with profitability calculations added to the client dashboard

This is just a partial list of what we have accomplished with our development. It is a major step forward in the capabilities and usability of Junxure.
