With Junxure Practice Management Consulting, your firm will engage with an experienced Training Consultant who will help evaluate your current operations and create an action plan to optimize the use of Junxure within your firm.

Junxure Practice Management Consulting will help your firm realize the efficiencies of Junxure and put Junxure to its best and highest use in your office. Each engagement incorporates these five elements:

An Assessment of Firm Procedures
Evaluate your firm’s current processes and procedures.

Your Junxure Training Consultant will conduct a thorough evaluation and assessment of your firm’s current processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and assessing needs.

A Custom Action Plan
Specific ways Junxure can be utilized to address your firm's needs.

After identifying your firm’s needs, your Solutions Group Consultant will work with you to craft a custom solution.

Junxure PowerTools
Advanced workflow automation and client communication tools — customized for your firm’s specific needs.

Junxure PowerTools include pre-programmed workflow management, database searches, and more, inco
rporating "best practice" methods to help your firm quickly achieve improved results. Through the use of Junxure PowerTools, your Consultant can further customize and optimize Junxure to meet your firm's specific needs.

On-site Consulting
Deployment and Training on your customized Junxure program.

Your Junxure Solutions Group Consultant will conduct a day-long on-site training for your staff, covering the customized Junxure PowerTools. This session will bring the entire office up to speed on the new Junxure efficiencies created for your office.

Action Plan Follow-up
Ensure your action plan is put into place.

Your Training Consultant will provide follow up with two check-in calls with your office in the 30 days following your onsite training to reinforce your action plan.
