  1. Who uses Junxure?
Junxure is an office management system created specifically for the financial planning community. Most offices using Junxure are independent RIAs offering a wide range of financial planning services.

There are nearly 1,200 offices using the Junxure Office Management System, ranging in size from a few one- and two-person shops to offices with 100 or more users connecting to a single database from several remote locations.

Junxure has fields built into it to store the data that a financial planner needs. Not only does the system store your basic contact info and workflow, but it also has fields to store assets, insurance info, estate planning docs, gifting, goals, etc.

Junxure makes it easy to go paperless, storing all of the documents that pertain to a client. Be it a letter, email, existing file on your computer, or a scanned-in document, you can get to it easily in Junxure.

  2. What is the difference between Junxure and other office management systems?

    Industry-specific system
Junxure was created specifically for the financial planning community. The data fields, reports, and other functionality is geared towards wealth planners. Hundreds of offices and planners have contributed their ideas to help make Junxure the best office management system available for financial planners.

    Intelligent query design
Junxure has easy-to-use templates to construct rules for selecting specific subsets of your contact base. Your firm can send letters, create reports and initiate other actions based on the rules you create.

Interfaces with other software programs in a financial planning office
It's easy to access portfolio information in Junxure. Junxure automatically archives portfolio reports printed from Centerpiece and PortfolioCenter. Junxure also interfaces with dbCAMS+, Axys, NaviPlan, Albridge Solutions and more!

Junxure works the way you do
With Junxure, your office can create any number of classifications, keywords, or interests, and assign them to one or more clients. You can customize client questionnaires and file responses.

  3. How does the typical office implement Junxure?
    1. Convert your current data: Data conversion services are offered to convert your data from your current system to the Junxure format. Generally, any data in your current system can be brought over into Junxure. A Data Conversion Specialist keeps going back-and-forth with you until your conversion is complete. If you do not plan on a conversion, you'll want to plan another strategy for getting your contact info into Junxure.

    2. Installation: Our friendly and patient technical support staff assists your office with installation on your network. Whether your office is small with just a few people working in one location, or large with many people logging in from remote sites, we get the system installed quickly and correctly the first time.

    3. Training: Junxure is easy to use, but it's a big program. Your office will need assistance to know where to get started. Our training classes will help you ‘put on the blinders' and concentrate on the most important areas first, then branch out. Our competent and clear training makes it easy to become proficient quickly. We offer web-based training that can be personalized for your office's needs. Classes are presented with a live trainer who is available to take your questions throughout the presentation. We also offer Personalized Web-training where a trainer will work one-on-one with your office.

    4. Ongoing learning: Our Boot Camps, Virtual Users Groups, Online Forum, etc. help your staff take the next steps to get the most out of the system as you grow. We offer more than just software—we provide the support you need to grow.

  4. Is Junxure a web-based program?
Junxure is not a web-based program at this time. We may offer an online solution in the future, but we do not have any timetable or immediate plans.

Please note, however, that any VPN (with or without remote control access), such as Terminal Services, Remote Desktop Connection, Citrix, GoToMyPc, etc. can be used to run Junxure from a remote location with an internet connection.

  5. What type of help and support is available?

    INTERFACES

  14. How does Junxure interface with Outlook emails?
Junxure can be set to look in everyone's Outlook Inbox and Sent Items box for any emails arriving from or going out to an email address that matches an address in Junxure. If a match is found, a copy of that email is stored on the Actions tab along with all of the other ongoing workflow. That way, all email correspondence with your client, John Doe, will be on his Actions Tab, whether you or others in your office sent or received it.

  15. How does Junxure interface with the Outlook calendar?
Junxure uses the Outlook calendar for actions that need happen at a specific date and time. You can put items directly on the Outlook calendar or you can initiate them from an action in Junxure. If you do the latter method, that calendar item in Outlook will be linked to a specific action in Junxure.

  16. Does Junxure interface with my PDA / Blackberry / Trio / etc.?
While Junxure does not have an interface with any PDA, it does overlay Outlook in 3 ways (This data can then be sent on to a PDA):
    • Basic contact information can be synched back-and-forth between Junxure and a contact folder in Outlook
    • Junxure can query the Outlook Inbox and Sent Items box for any emails coming in or going out from an email address stored under a client's record in Junxure.
    • Outlook calendar items can be initiated in Junxure in a client action.

  17. Does Junxure interface with other programs that my office uses?
