Junxure is a very flexible application that can be deployed in many different environments. There are many factors that will determine your ideal system requirements, including:

• Number of users
• Document storage
• Availability demands

Only an IT professional familiar with your requirements can best advise you of your specific needs based on use and infrastructure demand.

Server Requirements:

Junxure utilizes Microsoft® SQL Server for database management. Typically, firms with ten or fewer users can take advantage of the free SQL version 2008 Express R2. SQL version 2008 Express R2 has a 10GB limit.

Note: SQL version 2008 Express R2 is not supported on Microsoft® Server 2000. If you are using Microsoft Server 2000, we will install SQL version 2005 Express (with a 4GB limit) for you.

Firms with intensive processing requirements may find that a more robust Microsoft SQL Server version or edition is necessary. More information about SQL Server versions and requirements can be found here. Junxure requires SQL Server 2000 or later versions.

• Processor: 2-Ghz or higher Pentium IV-compatible recommended.
• Memory: 2 GB total of RAM, with at least 1 GB free.
• Hard Disk: Will vary based on document storage needs. Dedicated 10GB minimum recommended.
• Operating System: Only the Microsoft-based Operating Systems listed here.
• All current .Net framework and Windows critical updates and applicable Service Packs applied.

A server system which is not dedicated to SQL Server, but also supports other applications, should exceed these recommendations in memory and processing capacity.

Optional Microsoft Outlook calendar sharing and some email management functions require that your installation utilize Microsoft Exchange Server, whether local or hosted.

Workstations (User PC’s) Requirements:

• Processor: 2-Ghz or higher Pentium IV-compatible recommended
• Memory: a minimum of 1 GB of RAM is necessary; more is desirable.
• Monitor: Display resolution minimum of 1024 x 768. DPI Setting of 100%/96(Normal) is also required to be able to view the entirety of windows within Junxure.
• Operating System: Only the Microsoft-based Operating Systems listed here.
• Additional Software: Microsoft Office version 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010 (32bit edition only).
• All current .Net framework and Windows critical updates and applicable Service Packs applied.

On the workstation, Junxure can interface with Outlook email clients which use POP protocol or Microsoft Exchange services to receive email. IMAP email protocol is not supported.
