Junxure is a robust software program with many features and functions. The key to learning and using this program to its best and highest use is training. We find that training on the program increases the success of implementing Junxure in an office. We offer a variety of training options, allowing you to craft a training solution that will best suit the needs of your office. Below are brief summaries of the various options. Junxure Practice Management Consulting  

No one knows how to get the most out of Junxure like we do. Engage our Junxure Solutions Group Consultants to work with you, reviewing your processes and procedures and assisting you in customizing the program for maximum efficiency.

Using customized Junxure PowerTools to automate key processes and workflow, we provide the framework to put Junxure’s robust features to work for you, simplifying your operational footprint.

On-Site Training and Consultation

Sometimes live, in-house training is the best option for an office. These sessions are conducted in your office by one of our CRM trainers using a customized curriculum designed to meet your specific Junxure training needs. Our CRM trainers have years of financial services industry experience, bringing to the sessions great practice management ideas as well as Junxure expertise. Since this offering is customizable, it can be used for initial Junxure training or for more advanced training with an emphasis on practice management and best practice ideas for you office.

Many offices that have been using the program for some period of time choose to take advantage of this offering as a way to take their Junxure knowledge to the next level. On-Site training is also an option for new Junxure users, to assist with the initial training on the program.

Web-Based Training  

These are a series of 10 classes, conducted on the web, covering the basics of the Junxure program. They are segmented into two groups. The first set of 5 classes are designed to teach the Key Person(s) in the office how to set-up Junxure for their office. The second set of 5 classes are designed for the office staff to learn how to use the program.

These classes are designed for new Junxure users. They are also an efficient way to train new employees in your office on the program. We highly recommend that new users of the Junxure program enroll in these classes.

Personal Web Training and Consultation

This option is designed for the client who would like to have web-based training that is customized to their office. We will work with you to create training that specifically addresses the needs of your office and how you do business.

Personal training can useful for offices new to Junxure or as additional or advanced training for the more seasoned user.

Junxure Boot Camps

Junxure Boot Camps are live, day long training sessions hosted by members of the CRM training team. These are scheduled at various times and locations through out the year. We have two different boot camp offerings. Basic Training is designed for the newer Junxure user, teaching attendees the basic features and functionality of the program. The Advanced Boot Camp is geared towards the seasoned Junxure user who wants to learn about the more advanced features that the program has to offer.

The Basic Training Boot Camp can also be attended by the longer term user who wants a refreshed course in Junxure basics.

Virtual Users Groups

These web-based sessions are hosted through out the year by Greg Friedman, MS, CFP, and the original user of Junxure. He shares valuable practice management ideas on how he uses various feature of Junxure in his successful firm.

Virtual User Groups are a valuable tool for current Junxure users who want to expand their knowledge of what Junxure can do for their office. These are not designed for the new Junxure user.

Training Videos

We have created a large selection of free, online videos, covering a variety of features in the Junxure program. These can be accessed in our video training center .

These videos can assist your office in the initial training phase as a feature specific training tool. They are also valuable as a refresher for more experienced users. For new Junxure users, we do not recommend that you use these videos as the sole training tool, but as a supplement to the other training options available.
