From the moment you contact us about on-site training we begin to work with you and your staff to develop a program that meets your needs. The entire course is customized from the ground up, so every on-site training program is unique. The first step is to contact us so that we can design a program for your office.

Getting Started

Step 1: Tell Us Your Needs

When you decide to pursue our on-site training program you will be contacted by a member of our training team. In this initial call, the trainer will discuss your training needs and begin to develop an outline for your on-site session. We will ask your office to provide us with information about your office prior to the on-site via an on-site training questionnaire and a 30-45 minute conference call. This information will allow your trainer to develop your custom training session.

Step 2: Relax

Once your course is designed and approved, we take care of all the details. including travel arrangements and any necessary materials and equipment needed for the class. With on-site training we take all steps possible to provide training excellence.
