There are many factors that will determine your ideal system requirements including number of users, document storage and availability demands. Only an IT professional familiar with your requirements can advise you of your specific needs based on use and infrastructure demand.

Junxure utilizes Microsoft® SQL Server for database management. Typically, firms with ten or fewer users can take advantage of the free SQL version 2008 Express R2 (10GB limit). Firms with intensive processing requirements may find that a more robust Microsoft SQL Server version or edition is necessary. Junxure requires SQL Server 2005 Express SP2 or later versions.

All current .Net framework and Windows critical updates and applicable Service Packs must be applied.

Microsoft® Office 365 is not supported. IMAP and Google Apps are not supported for Microsoft Outlook Integration.

A server system which is not dedicated to SQL Server, but also supports other applications, should exceed these recommendations in memory and processing capacity.

*Newer versions of Windows Server software are currently being tested for compatibility.

Disk Space: Customers looking to utilize additional features including email handling and document management should adjust their disk space accordingly.

Active Directory: Active Directory is required to use Junxure with Schwab OpenView Gateway. This integration will not function in a Workgroup environment.

Microsoft Exchange: Optional Microsoft Outlook calendar sharing and some email management functions require that your installation utilize Microsoft Exchange Server, whether local or hosted.
